Customers are
responsible to clean up after their usage.
Customers are financially responsible for all damage caused by themselves
and their guests. |

Rental Policies |
|
| Pay As You Go |
| Rent 9 and get the 10th one free. Put
down a deposit of 50% to hold the rental times; pay the balance the day of the rental. If
you give at least seven days prior notice of a cancellation then your deposit will be
credited to another rental. If less than seven days notice is given, the
deposit is forfeited. |

| Pay In Full |
|
If you
"Pay In Full" when you reserve your time, you will
receive a more liberal cancellation policy rental discounts.
If you give at least
48 hours prior notice of a cancellation, then your full rental amount will be credited to
another rental.
If less than 48 hours prior notice is given, then 50% of
the rental amount will be forfeited. If you "Pay In Full" when you reserve your time,
you will receive the following discounts:
6 to 10 rentals, you will receive a 10%
discount.
11 plus rentals, you will receive a 15% discount.

| Building Rental For Special Events |
|
Your group may rent all
available space in one or both of the buildings for your special event. An
all-inclusive rental includes our three turf covered fields, meeting room,
loft, video, and snack bar areas. Costs are as follows:
$500 per hour for
the large building, which includes Field 1.
$300 per hour for the small building, which
includes Field 2 or 3.
$750 per hour for both buildings
There
is a two (2) hour minimum on these reservations.
Additional set up / clean up charges may apply depending on the type of
rental. |

| All deposit / refund
policies and prices are subject to change without notice.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT AGAINST DAMAGE SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE
RENTALS. A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD ANY FIELD, UNLESS AN EXCEPTION IS
MADE IN WRITING. HOWEVER, IF A DEPOSIT IS NOT PAID AND THE CUSTOMER
CANCELS WITHOUT THE REQUIRED NOTICE, THE CUSTOMER OWES SPORTS CITY THE
AMOUNT OF THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT. |

Deposit Policy |

Deposits
are required at the time of registration for most of our programs. Deposits may be made by
check, cash, or credit card. The amounts required for deposit
may vary with the event or rental: |

Refund Policy |
|
|
Once
a reservation is taken for a field or court or a spot in a league, tournament,
or clinic, we no longer
try to sell that time or spot. We will hold it for you; so if you cancel without adequate notice we
do
no have an opportunity to sell that spot or time to any other customers.
So, we follow the policy below:

and Court Rentals |
|
Deposits for field and court rentals are refundable only when adequate
notice of cancellation is given, example; “Pay as you go” rentals require 7 days
prior notice to avoid forfeiture of deposit; “Paid In Full” rentals require
48 hour prior notice to avoid forfeiture of deposit. |

| Leagues
and Tournaments |
|
Deposits for
Leagues and Tournaments are non-refundable unless we are unable to field at least
three
teams in the age bracket for which registered.
League
and Tournament fees (less the deposit) are
refundable only if: 1) notice of cancellation is given by a team 8 days prior to
the start date of the league, and 2) a replacement team which could not otherwise
be accommodated enters in the canceling team’s place at full price. Otherwise, the
full fee is forfeited or is due if unpaid. |

| Clinics
and Parties |
|
Deposits
for Clinics and Parties are non-refundable, but are transferable.
Clinic and Party fees (less deposits) are refundable only
if notice of cancellation is given 48 hours prior to the first clinic class or the party.
Otherwise the full fee is due. |

| Cancellation
Due to Severe Weather |
|
If /When Sports
City CLOSES due to severe weather conditions, we will reschedule all rentals, party's,
clinics, leagues or tournament games.
HOWEVER if
Sports City is open, but the customer cancels or fails to
arrive due to what the customer believes to be severe weather, Sports City will not
refund the amount paid, or the amount due if the fee is unpaid. Sports City may, on a
case by case basis, and depending on the circumstances, offer to reschedule the rental or
party at the end of the season; a league or tournament game will not be rescheduled in
this circumstance. |
